Returns & Cancellations

Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging. Music and media products such as vinyl, CDs, DVDs, and cassettes must be unopened and sealed.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom or personalized products such as signed or limited editions, sale or discounted items marked as final sale.

How to Start a Return

Customers must contact us at johnnyramonemerchandise@gmail.com before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. We strongly recommend retaining tracking details for all returns.

Defective or Damaged Items

Defects or damages must be reported within 30 days of delivery and must include photo evidence. Items sold as “blemished” or “as-is” are final sale.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued. Items that do not meet return standards will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
